Making an Impact.
After 13 years of developing nonprofit leaders, the LEAP Impact program continues to hold a space where nonprofit professionals can grow in a supportive environment.
The LEAP Impact program wrapped up its final session with the 2021-2022 cohort on March 31st.
Reflections on the 2018-2019 LEAP Impact Program
LEAP Impact is a three-part, six-month program designed to develop Asian and Pacific Islander staff for future and current leadership and management roles in nonprofit organizations and increase the retention of those committed to working in the nonprofit sector. On March 21, 2019, LEAP Impact: Leadership Development for Nonprofit Staff concluded in New York, NY. 16 class participants graduated from the program.
