    LEAP ’22-’23

  • “Having access to the presenters, leaders, and cohort gives me the confidence to know I am supported in whatever I will be encountering in the future. I really look forward to supporting the cohort and Leap for years to come!”

  • “I’m super satisfied with the program! I can't stop raving about it to other leaders and new EDs that I know. The timekeeping of when we are together, as well as the timing and cadence of the program was pretty spot on. Long enough for us to practice what.”
