On November 21, 2017 LEAP celebrated the program with future participants of the ELP, LEAP alumni, staff, board members, supporters, and Coca-Cola at Wolf and Crane in Los Angeles, California.

Last year’s cohort shared the following testimonials with LEAP at the end of the program:

“They say "love is in the details" and this program was full of love. From the care in our emotional wellbeing to making sure we were physically comfortable. The program was so seamless and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this group.”

“I strongly believe that LEAP guided me through a big trajectory in my personal and professional life. This meant that I had to work through a lot of my insecurities and anxieties, but it is so thrilling to feel positive about my contributions and strengths and not feel sheepish about it.”

“I feel like I just gained a big supportive family. I love the encouragement, support, feedback...etc that is continuing. Just knowing that my amazing cohort is right there really has been helpful as I begin to get ready for the next chapter.”

This year, the program will be held from December 11, 2017 – March 22, 2018.
