Shu Han Journay

Shu Han Journay is a highly accomplished financial executive with 20 years of experience in broader finance including but not limited to: treasury, strategy, business analysis, M&A, FP&A, operational finance, accounting, system implementation and other corporate finance. She is the CFO for the People's Accords. Throughout her career, Shu Han has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, driving transformational change and leading her teams to success.

At CBRE, one of the largest firms in the world, Shu designed and implemented a best-in-class target operating model, built a leadership team to deliver on the model, and transferred transitional work to a shared business center. She transformed the Treasury department into a strategic partner for all business segments. She also built infrastructure for strategic value-added work, successfully leading the transformation at CBRE. She served various finance leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and other firms prior. 

When Shu is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out, traveling around the world, and enjoying diverse cultures.
