Leadership Development Program for Higher Education

LEAP Advance: Leadership Development Program for Higher Education is an intensive four-day experience that enhances the professional development of Asian and Pacific Islanders and prepares college/university administrators, faculty and staff to move into positions of greater visibility and influence. The program is held in partnership with Asian Pacific Americans in Higher Education (APAHE).

LEAP Advance is canceled for 2020 due to COVID-19 precautions and restrictions.  

2021 Program Dates & Location 

July 7 – 10, 2021

Kellogg West Conference Center - Cal Poly Pomona

Pomona, CA

Tuition

$1,750  
Tuition covers materials, all meals, and a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Lodging

$95 + tax per night in a single occupancy room
All participants are encouraged to stay at the conference location as the program does extend into the evening hours.

  2. Personal statement regarding your desire to participate and what you hope to gain from the program (maximum of 2 pages).

  3. Letter of recommendation from the President, Chancellor, or Senior Administrator at your institution.
