LEAP Master Class is an invitation only leadership development workshop series held during LEAP’s Annual Leadership Awards Celebration. Traditionally, this opportunity is made available to Celebration sponsors only, as a way to highlight the potential ways LEAP can support Asian and Pacific Islander leaders within their company or organization.

As societal inequities and an ever present COVID-19 continues to challenge Asians and Pacific Islanders across the country, LEAP recognized an opportunity to use the Master Class platform as a way give back and support the ongoing sustainability and capacity building of nonprofits in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Priority for attending this workshop series goes to Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander (NHPI) community organizations and local, volunteer driven Asian & API serving organizations.

Join Linda Akutagawa and Grace Toy in this half-day workshop series exploring financial and organizational capacity building. Registration is required, and attendance of both workshops is preferred.
