As an unapologetic advocate, Margaret’s leadership influenced her work environments and the nonprofits she served. She was passionate about many things, from STEM Education to Asian and Pacific Islander leadership. Her board leadership guided LEAP through a time of transition, shaping the vision and future of the organization that exists today. In her memory, LEAP honors an individual who has proven leadership in both the workplace and the community. The award recipient will be honored at our virtual 40th Anniversary LEAP Celebration on Thursday, July 21st, 2022.
