STEP UP! is a one-day conference designed for students who want to STEP UP! as leaders on campus, strengthen their organizations, and develop strong visions for the future.

Presented by Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP), sponsored by Nissan Motor Company, Ltd., and hosted by the Japanese American National Museum, STEP UP! will feature workshops facilitated by LEAP Trainers, College Administrators, and Non-Profit and Community Leaders.

Designed by and for Asians and Pacific Islanders, each of the seven leadership and organizational development workshops will empower students with the skills and information that they need to step up confidently on campus and lead strong organizations with sustained impact.
