The Nissan Youth Conference, presented by Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP), is a 1 day youth conference, sponsored by Nissan, is designed to give college students the knowledge and skills they need to effectively lead and manage an organization. Through workshops and team-building activities, this conference challenges students to not only realize their own strengths, but also how to manage the leadership abilities of others. Within this program, students combined personal and professional growth within the context of their organizations and student life.
Now entering its 3rd year, the LEAP Nissan Youth Conference provides an opportunity for students to reflect on their personal leadership development with hands-on training, open dialogue, and best practices discussion.
Focusing on the dynamic environment of student leadership, the conference will discuss strategies of how student organizations can best address the transition process that comes each year.
