Leading with Impact (LWI) continues LEAP's tradition of offering original and challenging leadership training from a unique Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) cultural perspective and approach. A compact, application-based program, it is tailored to furthering the leadership skill sets of alumni of the Leadership Development Program. LWI delves further into specific leadership roles and serves, not simply as a continuation, but an important adjunct to the Leadership Development Program. Sessions explore topics such as: global teambuilding, risk taking, intercultural communication, and building visibility & influence. Close interaction between executive guest speakers and participants structured within this program allows for the unique opportunity to grow one's professional and personal perspective and meet the leadership needs of a globally expanding market.
